So, my believe is, in my computer, I no longer have the original CS6 (standard or extended, full function version) somebody hacked into my system and replaced it with a trial version. Today, it does not matter what I do, I get the extended part as well, except, it is on trial and I got 18 days left.

Photoshop is not maintaining your Activation status - essentially it's forgetting your serial number, and reverting back to a trial evaluation.
